Crockpot Beer Cheese

This dip was 10/10 delicious, and we could not stop eating it! Perfect for any game day! Found this recipe from (Inspired By Charm) on Pinterest!

Ingredients:
  • 20 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup beer (We used an amber)
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 lb bacon (cooked + chopped)
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • Soft pretzel bites

Directions:
  1. Spray a crockpot, and then add cream cheese, sour cream, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, beer, shredded cheddar, 1/4 cup bacon. Cook on low for 3-4 hours (Stirring occasionally)
  2. 30 minutes before serving, add the heavy whipping cream and stir.
  3. When you’re ready to serve, top with green onion and bacon. Heat up some soft pretzel bites for dipping!
