If you need something light to serve at your holiday gatherings this season, this wreath is so yummy and festive!
Ingredients:
2 cans Pillsbury crescent dough
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1 head of broccoli
1 cucumber
handful of grape tomatoes
red bell pepper
Directions:
Unroll the dough. Separate at the vertical line, to create 2 pieces. (Not the triangle lines) Stack on top of each other. Do this for the next roll of dough too.
On a cookie sheet, connect the two sections to make a circle. (I put a bowl in the middle to make the circle even) Press dough together until everything is connected.
Bake at 375 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
While it’s baking, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, ranch, and dill.
Once cooled completely, spread on the cream cheese mixture.
Cut a bow from the red bell pepper.
Chop veggies, and gently press them into cream cheese.
Serve the same day! Right away, or chilled for a couple hours.
