Christmas Tree Cheeseball

This Christmas tree cheeseball is so delicious and super cute. This will be the hit of your holiday parties coming up!

Ingredients:
  • 2 blocks cream cheese
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar
  • 3/4 cup Rotel (drained)
  • 6 sliced bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup green onion (sliced)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Topping:
  • 1 bunch chopped cilantro
  • Pine nuts
  • Red & yellow bell pepper
  • Fritos Scoops & crackers for serving
Directions:
  1. Mix the first ingredients together in a large bowl until combined. Mold into a tree.
  2. Cover with chopped cilantro.
  3. Cut a star from the yellow pepper. Stick on a toothpick, and insert into the tree.
  4. Use pine nuts as garland, and cut ornaments from peppers!
